No development and not surprised. Moved on, never eating here again, not will my family or close friends after the treatment I received.
They never contacted me to resolve anything. I called it a loss and will never go there again.
I used my card to pay, it said no reply on the machine, she said your cards declined and took pizza off table and put in back, before even trying card again. Machines glitch all the time. I said can you run it again my card is fine, she said well go ahead, again it said no reply, I said its not declined it says no reply, she said well I had all these receipts from cards today that worked just fine, shaking a handful of receipts in front of me. So I showed her my bank acct balance on my phone and said its the machine and can you please try to do it manually, she pushed the machine over and said fine then go ahead and do it yourself, as if I know how to work there credit card machine?
I said I don't know how, she shrugged, I said what am I supposed to do then, she stared blankly, I tried for a 3rd time normal and it went through. She was the rudest person in customer svc I've ever dealt with,. It is her job and she treated me so badly I was shaking. I asked for a manager and she said, "well im the one in charge right now so".
I then just took pizza and walked out. I do not expect to be treated so badly in any public place, it a as so upsetting i am still shaking. Mostly cause I really wanted to tell her how rude she was but I knew it was not appropriate. This person should not be aloud to deal with customers or there will be no customers left, no one pays to be treated with such disrespect.
JUST WOW! And on a side note, I've never complain to stores or restaurants, this is my 1st but this was so over the top upsetting I need her employers to know how she is representing there store.

Issue with an order at franchise store
On 3/19/22 I placed 3 orders using my rewards points. When I arrived to pick up the restaurant was closed.
I then waited for 20 min and someone showed up and said he was at the post office. I then proceeded and informed him that I was there for pick up. The staff member said there was only one order in the system even though I showed him the invoice for all three that I placed. He refused to honor the already paid for invoices and make them.
I told him I needed the pizzas so I paid. When I asked him for the number to call and complain he said, "I don't know the number". He also suggested I go to a different roundtable when ordering pizza using my rewards points because they don't have the "scanner". I have been a loyal roundtable customer for many years and this treatment was unexcusable.
I want 3 things:
1.) My points returned that I had to use for my 3 orders.
2.) A refund for the pizza I had to re buy.
3.) Someone have a conversation with that staff member. Everytime I order he never gives plates or cheese and peppers.
He always says," I don't have any". The only reason we order from this roundtable is because it's walking distance from our house.

Absolute Horrible customer service
- Pizza swimming in pool of grease
- Take responsibility for mistake
- Usually long wait times and the employees are always rude
User's recommendation: Zero stars. Don’t waste your time. I wish I would have taken a picture of the pool of grease our pizza was swimming in after waiting over an hour to get it.
